Counter-Protesting!

Filed under: All, In the News

A fellow blogger (Dan Kauffman) just sent me a link to a fantastic site. The article talks about a protest in France, where more than 4000 islamic protesters congregated to protest the Muhammad drawings. Of course they have the right to do so. If it is a peaceful protest!

When they arrive at La Nation, they are met by two men with different signs.
One, in red and white, is wearing a sign with the Danish flag saying “Support Denmark, Support free speech”. The other man is wearing a sign reading “Free Cartoonist” on it, and is holding a (fake) severed hand, a pen among its fingers.

The two men just stands silently while the islamic protester gang up around them yelling stuff such as: rat face, homosexuals, its provocation, sons of adultery, and sons of whores.

You can read the whole story and see the video here : ¡No Pasarán!

I am in no way a racist, but these so called peaceful muslims are starting to piss me off. They come to our countries to seek asylum (some of them do) and then they proceed to tell us what we can or can not do. If they dont like our ‘ways’, then they need to go home and stay there.

The cartoons were printed in a Danish newspaper, in Denmark, for the Danish people. If they (the muslims) dont like the content of the newspaper maybe they shouldnt read it. It was only cartoons for Christ sake! When we (the westerners) do not agree with something we do not start things like this. WE are a civilized people. I just can not believe that this has come to this. Only proves how ignorant some people can be.

Another thing is… The other day I heard or read (can not remember) that the Muslims are considered a minority. And we have to treat them as we treat other minorities. Excuse me? Isnt there like 1.2 billion muslims out there? Isnt islam one of the biggest (if not the biggest) religions? How can they be a minority? I think I need to start demanding special treatment everywhere I go. I am a Dane in America and I am Lutheran. Now thats a minority. I think I am the only one here in our town.

Ok, enough of my ranting. Feel free to leave a comment. But if you dont agree with me, dont tell me that I dont have the right to post my thoughts here. Remember I do live in the USofA and I do take my first amendment rights seriously!

Why American Islamics are behaving

Filed under: All, In the News

By Tony Snow

Q: Why aren’t angry Muslims in the United States torching buildings owned by Danes, Norwegians, French, Spanish and other Cartoon Infidels whose newspapers have printed cartoons, first published in Denmark, bearing the likeness of the Prophet Muhammad?

A: Because American Muslims have better things to do.

Here lies an important fact, too little mentioned or explored. The recent outburst of righteous arson in the Muslim world has been described as a warning to the West, a sign that radical Islam has become a force of considerable sweep and power, an indicator that terrorists have mastered propaganda techniques capable of sending raging hordes into the streets in a matter of minutes.

The Three Stooges Live revisited

LONDON (Reuters) - A man who tripped, fell down a staircase and smashed into three rare Chinese vases in a museum two weeks ago said Monday “it was just a regrettable accident.”

Democracy in a Cartoon

Filed under: All, In the News

By Ibn Warraq

Best-selling author and Muslim dissident Ibn Warraq argues that freedom of expression is our western heritage and we must defend it against attacks from totalitarian societies. If the west does not stand in solidarity with the Danish, he argues, then the Islamization of Europe will have begun in earnest.

The great British philosopher John Stuart Mill wrote in On Liberty, “Strange it is, that men should admit the validity of the arguments for free discussion, but object to their being ‘pushed to an extreme’; not seeing that unless the reasons are good for an extreme case, they are not good for any case.”

The cartoons in the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten raise the most important question of our times: freedom of expression. Are we in the west going to cave into pressure from societies with a medieval mindset, or are we going to defend our most precious freedom — freedom of expression, a freedom for which thousands of people sacrificed their lives?

Kenya offended at dog food aid offer

Filed under: All, In the News

NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenya dismissed as “culturally insulting” Tuesday an offer of powdered dog food to feed starving children reportedly made by the founder of a canine biscuit company in New Zealand.

They must not be hungry enough! If one was hungry enough one shouldnt give a hoot where it came from or who donated the food. Even if it is from a dog food manufaturer. As long as it will make you survive.
It also says :

I made it out of ingredients they (children) are used to eating, so the main bulk product is corn

To me that sounds like this so called “dog food” is in fact a specially made mixture just for people, not for dogs. These people really should be thankful that someone wants to help them. I think that in a time of need such as this where children are dying from starvation you cant afford to say no to such a generous offer.
